Erica Laurén Hay is the founder and CEO of Laurén Consultancy, an architectural design, construction and fine arts concierge for private clients. Her firm is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and advocacy in realizing legacy architecture and construction projects. 

Her layered career has always revolved around collaborative technical design and execution starting with Kelly Wearstler. She then specialized as an architectural lighting designer working with luxury retail and hospitality brands which eventually organically led her to the world of construction. She has spent the last 8 years orchestrating transformative luxury residential and commercial projects with Shawmut Design and Construction and most recently served as Vice President at I-Grace Builders and Advisors.

A passionate advocate for the experiential arts in Los Angeles, Erica serves as Board Secretary of American Contemporary Ballet, where she contributes to advance the company’s mission of enriching Los Angeles’ cultural landscape through groundbreaking contemporary ballet.
